Space

What happens if I need to reschedule my booking?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. We require at least 72 hours' notice to move your booking without additional charges. Rescheduling requests made with less notice may be subject to availability and fees.

Can I visit the studio spaces before booking?

Yes, we offer studio viewings by appointment. If you'd like to see the space, discuss your project, or understand how our facilities can support your needs, get in touch with us to arrange a visit.

Do you offer set design and custom branding?

Yes, we can assist with custom set builds, branding, and lighting configurations to match your creative vision. Let us know what you need, and we’ll work with you to bring it to life.

Is there a cancellation policy?

We ask that you provide at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid being charged the full studio hire amount.

How do I book the studio?

Booking is simple - just get in touch via the contact form, providing all your project details. A member of our team will then be in touch to discuss your requirements, confirm the best setup for your project, and secure your booking with a deposit.

Facilities

Do you have Wi-Fi and power outlets available?

Yes, all of our studio spaces are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and multiple power outlets to accommodate your technical needs, whether you're charging equipment or setting up workstations.

Can you help with catering?

Yes, we can arrange on-site catering or recommend trusted local suppliers to keep your team fuelled throughout the day. Whether you need refreshments, lunch options, or full-day catering, let us know your requirements, and we’ll handle the details.

Are there changing and toilet facilities available?

Yes, our studios include dedicated changing areas and toilet facilities.

Are there parking facilities avaliable?

Yes, there is limited on-site parking at the back of the building, as well as nearby public parking options within walking distance. We can also assist with unloading/loading equipment - just let us know in advance.

Equipment

Can I bring my own props and set design?

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own props, set pieces, and styling elements to customise the space for your shoot. If you need assistance with setup or require specific props, we can also help source items to bring your vision to life.

Can I hire both camera and lighting equipment?

Studio hire includes access to essential lighting. Additional cameras, lighting rigs, backdrops and specialist equipment can be arranged and costed separately upon request. 

Can I bring my own equipment and crew?

Absolutely. Our studio is available for dry hire, meaning you can bring your own gear and team. If you need additional crew support, we can provide experienced professionals for filming and offer full production services for editing (and beyond this, marketing and distribution).
