1. Introduction

By booking and using Storm Studio’s facilities, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms ensure a smooth experience for all clients and protect the integrity of our studio.

2. Studio Hire & Usage

• All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
• The studio is to be used solely for the agreed-upon purpose (e.g., filming, photography, podcasting).
• Clients must adhere to allocated booking times. Overtime may incur additional charges.
• The studio must be left in the same condition it was found. Additional cleaning fees may apply if necessary and a deposit will be taken to cover any damage costs (covered in section 3). 

3. Payments & Deposits

• Full payment for studio hire will be taken upon booking.
• A deposit will be required to cover any damage costs, which will be taken upon booking. All deposits are refundable on the same day (within normal working hours). 
• Cancellations require at least 72 hours' notice to avoid being charged the full hire fee.

4. Use of Equipment & Facilities

• Clients may use all agreed-upon equipment, which must be returned in the same condition.
• Any damage to the studio or its equipment during hire will be chargeable.
• External equipment and crew may be brought in but must be approved in advance.

5. Health & Safety

• Clients are responsible for the safety of their crew, guests, and talent while using the studio.
• Fire exits must be kept clear at all times.
• Any accidents or issues must be reported to Storm Studio staff immediately.

6. Liability & Indemnity

• Storm Studio is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred on the premises.
• Clients are responsible for their own insurance covering equipment, personnel, and production-related risks.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• Clients retain full rights to their own content created within the studio.
• Storm Studio reserves the right to request permission to share behind-the-scenes footage for marketing purposes.

8. Amendments

Storm Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as necessary. Any changes will be posted on our website.
